Elective Surgery

Examples of elective surgeries are breast implants, laser hair removal, butt lifts, and facelifts. This is because we are correcting flaws that are not causing any difficulties in your life. They are simply something you want to have done to enhance your looks so you feel better about the way you look. Elective surgeries are those that will not be covered by your insurance policy but we can discuss financing for your surgery.

Corrective Surgery

Health insurance will pay for some types of plastic surgery. Rhinoplasty, breast reconstruction, and breast reduction Houston are a few examples that may be covered. You will have to have some type of medical history that shows you are having trouble breathing through your nose or your large breasts are causing chronic pain in order for the insurance to help pay.
